About the Organization

Warfighter Made is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Temecula, California, dedicated to improving the mental health, wellbeing, and independence of ill, injured, and combat-wounded veterans and their families. Founded in 2013, Warfighter Made provides free programs focused on recreational therapy, camaraderie, adapted vehicle builds, STEM education for military children, family retreats, and veteran community support.

The organization’s motto is: Inspire. Adapt. Overcome.

Warfighter Made supports veterans from all branches and all eras of service. All programs and events are provided at no cost to participants. The organization operates from a 4,000 square-foot facility in Temecula, California

Choncho, the AI assistant, and…

Choncho is both a real service dog and the friendly AI assistant in training for Warfighter Made, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting ill, injured, and combat-wounded veterans.

As an AI assistant, Choncho’s purpose is to provide short, clear, and compassionate information about Warfighter Made—its mission, programs, events, and opportunities to get involved. Choncho helps visitors quickly learn about everything the organization offers, including adaptive vehicle builds, recreational therapy, camaraderie therapy, STEM education for military children, veteran and family retreats, volunteer experiences, and ways supporters can make a difference.

Whether you meet Choncho at the shop or interact with him online, he’s here to serve, support, and guide our veteran community.
